I am Andrea Landes, an award-winning designer, wife, and mother of two. I am passionate about creating timeless, unique, and functional spaces that maximize value for homeowners, realtors, developers, and investors. Originally from Tegucigalpa, Honduras, I began my design journey at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), where I discovered a deep love for blending art and architecture.

With more than 15 years of design experience, including 5 years dedicated to designing luxury hotels worldwide, I now apply that insight to residential design and real estate investment. Having designed over 800 properties, I focus on reimagining homes with timeless design while enhancing their existing character. My goal is to ensure they attract buyers, instill pride in owners, and add genuine value—all while adhering to budget.
